If you want to upgrade your Adcom GFA 5800, consider the BHK 250. This power amp has amazing musicality probably due to the tubed input stage. I was really impressed when I compared it to the Bryston 14-B SST which the Bryston sounded a bit dryer in comparison, and the Bryston is no slouch of an amp. I must say that you’ve got me thinking. But i was really leaning towards the endless watts of the M1200, as well as that light weight and cool running… ---
