Unable to paste using my android tablet with firefox and chrome.
I already posted something about this somewhere in another thread and I suppose that it got lost in the traffic. Thanks, this really needs its own thread and it needs to get fixed.
Whenever I try to paste I get the message “use ctrl-v or cmd-v to paste”

Hmmm. It works for me. I can paste with controlV or I can right click and paste what I have copied. Not sure why it isn’t working for you. Sounds like a computer issue?

I haven’t any clue. We are using a separate tablet theme and maybe that’s limiting the feature set? I looked to see if there were any options and could not find any. Works ok on my iPad.
Ok I found this forum need ctrl-v to paste with firefox and key board in android is different, menu+v. I will test it at night.

I often browse using a Google Nexus 10 Android tablet. No alt key available.
Thanks to Oll for finding that keyboard reference. I’ll have to try it out.

Last night test the menu-v in my sony xperia tablet, no menu key so I need to dig more on this. It looks this apply more to android phones.
