My next step will be isolation for the AV5000, but I’m having a lot of fun with the system as it is.

My musical preferences include Jazz, Fusion, Dance & EDM and Classical (Messiaen a current favorite!)

Primary headphone listening station:

  1. All files served from Synology RS2416+RP running Roon Server and connected to Switch with 4-port bundled LAG. Headphone station connected with fiber to main switch. Each Ethernet device has a fiber-Ethernet media converter isolation, with linear PSUs on the DAC side of each converter.

  2. Primary power from PSA P3.

  3. Right side has DirectStream feeding KGSSHV [about to swap the Mjölnir-Audio Carbon back in] and Stax SR-007mk1.

  4. Left side has Mivera Superstream feeding MSB Select II DAC into a Mjölnir-Audio Carbon CC and the Stax SR-009.

  5. Interconnects and power are Cerious Technologies Graphene. Ethernet cables are Blue Jeans. Fiber cables are Lynn single mode. Converters are TP-Link. Switch is Cisco SG300-10PP.
