Sorry if this is covered somewhere in the long thread, but I have done a few searches and come up empty.

I picked up a Matrix to try out.
**Going Win10 laptop\>USB cable\> Matrix\>HDMI cable\> PS DS i2S input 1**

Installed latest drivers from Matrix website.
Followed the install steps.

**Says “USB device not recognized”.**

It **does not show up** in Windows Device Manager.

It does show up in Jriver as Matrix ASIO device, but will not play.

In the Matrix Audio Control panel in Windows it says no devices connected.

I have all of the dipswitches set to OFF.
Using the USB cable that came with the Matrix for now.

Any ideas here?

Thanks.

Never mind.

Tried different USB cable and it is working now.
