My Updates


Never tells me, or has any updates. Am I doing something wrong even though I’m registered?


Are you indicating you have registered your products? If so, there should be a button (an icon of a computer mouse) labeled updates which, when clicked, gets you to a page with the current firmware for your equipment.


That’s exactly what I’m saying, yet, I get:


There are no updates for your products at this time


Probably there are indeed no updates for your product. What firmware versions are you running?
