We are mostly human, I think, and is our nature to pick lanes in any hobby or get run over by all the options.
Truth be told, I should stop chasing streaming. Yeah, the library is huge and easily accessible, but, it doesn’t match a great cd or record. What keeps me in the game are the “fixes” that keep getting me closer to these references. It’s an expensive drug, and I guess I’m addicted.
Time to join Audiophiles Anonymous.

That is why I just walked and ran for 3.5 miles; I need to keep my heart healthy to handle all the excitement.

I sat down at the sweet spot and listened to “Soiree” SACD by Chantal Chamberland earlier, and I have never heard my system sound so good before.
Do not get too excited since I have not put Dream 2020 in PZ yet. The only new things I put into the system within the last two weeks were Verifi Mainstream and Snubway, So it has to do with these two little guys. They are not going anywhere soon.
Dream 2020 is comfortable serving the wine cellar now and it is doing an excellent job burning in there. We will have bone-in ribeye for dinner, and I have a bottle of 8-year-old V. Sattui Cab. to serve to celebrate Coco Gauff winning the French Open. I wish I could still play tennis, but elbow injury limited me to play golf only nowadays.

Looking forward to reading the post 2020 on PZ response. If your wife listens with you she will wonder what else you upgraded in the system once it’s installed.

When buying my first wine refrigerator I was amused to learn they are referred to as “wine cellars.”

In French that’d be “la cave.” You’ll notice the word “cave” in some of the wine refrigerators/coolers.

They call it a wine cellar so they can charge more than double of a refrigerator.

Interesting tidbit.
Just getting ready to watch the Roland Garros match. Ive been successful all day with avoiding social media so I wouldn’t see the results. It seems my audiophile safe zone is now providing tennis results. Noooooooo. Ugh! I should have known better. LoL

I have no doubt once you pull the Dream 2020 off of the la cave and into your system it will produce the most “intoxicating” sound you will have ever heard! You won’t be able to leave your chair! Trust me!
Gotta get me one for the beer fridge!

Alvin Chee is such a nice guy. He is on a family vacation but still answering my email. He just asked if I got the tracking number for LHY SW-10 Pro. I just got it today but will not know the estimated date of arrival until tomorrow.
I probably ordered it like 10 minutes after the news was announced. So, I should be at the front of the line. I will probably get it a week before D333. That’s a good news for me to evaluate it independently.

I ordered the AS6 then was able to change to AS8-Pro when I heard about it, as the AS6 hadn’t shipped yet. Of course, I heard about the AS-10 too late!! Mind you, I am very happy with the AS8-Pro. It’s made a terrific difference to my system, taking the place of my etherRegen/Farad switch.
