online support system - anyone home?

I filled out an online request for support through PS Audios support system.

That was one to two weeks ago with no acknowledgement, no contact.

Don’t have the system if you don’t plan to use it.

And I am a new DS owner

This would be annoying. I would follow up using a more aggressive method - like email or a phone call.

I’m having the same problem.

I PM’ed you four days ago, and have heard nothing back.

I’m having problems with my PPP that just came back from repair, and it failed after less than 3 weeks of use.
