Good afternoon. I thought I would post a question here regarding white noise signal from my Airlens. No music is playing from Qobuz connection via the Airlens. The Qobuz account is working and plays normally via ipad and iphone when Airlens is not chosen. The Airlens connection to the app is working and showing no errors. I initially believed it began playing white noise due to possible network / internet issues associated with storms in the Florida area recently. It was playing music just before the white noise started and has not returned to music since this began 2-3 days ago. I have downloaded the newest firmware update with no change in output. Any ideas from those here using this component? I have had this for about 1.5 years with no issues until now. Thank you.
Welcome!
I’ve seen this reported a few times and common suggestions are to turn off the AirLens, then the router, and reboot the router and then Airlens in that order. Also, reinitializing Qobuz connect from your device has been helpful. There might be other remedies as well. A search on the forums for Airlens and Qobuz connect might give you some other ideas.
Cheers!
One update… rebooting the router and Airlens has now eliminated the white noise and now it is completely quiet with no music either. Updated the Qobuz app as well. Still no music, but the app is still communicating with the Airlens with no errors.
This doesn’t apply to you, but after every bad storm that rolls in here (where power is interrupted), I get the same situation where there is no audio output from my DS DAC MK2.
After a while, I finally realize that the DAC volume control defaults to 0 when power is interrupted. lol
