Today, I’ve bought a perfectwave transport and a Sprout100 keeping in mind that i will upgrade the amp in the future.
Excited in every way, this evening i 've discovered that there is not i2s or coax on the sprout100.
I am afraid i will miss something or i will go on the cold side if i go with the optical, which is the only possibility…

You won’t be missing anything, enjoy your new PS Audio hardware.
No worries from those two pieces. The speakers will be more important.

I thought just that optical was less good than coax and colder…
I’d be very surprised if you would hear any difference. It’s not something you need to think too much about.
