Took this photo so long ago I don’t remember exactly where it was in North Carolina. Just remember it was a treacherously slippery hike to the bottom of the gorge. There was a tremendous amount of backlit water spray coming off the falls that made for a difficult photo op with 4x5 film.

I’ve not ridden the Pig Trail, but if it’s anything like some of the backroads between Springfield and Nashville there’s a lot of yeehaw moments and fun to be had.
