# Problem using Tidal MQA (24bit 96kHz) source in Bridge2

I am using Direct Stream Jr.

I am listening to the Tidal MQA source connected to Bridge2 with mcontrol.

MQA (24bit 96kHz) sound source is a problem.

it sounds very slow and warped like an old tape.

MQA(24bit 48kHz) sound source is normal.

What is the cause?

A friend had a similar issue using the TIDAL Windows desktop app on a laptop PC connected via USB to a TEAC D/A converter. It seems to have resolved over time, leading to the hypothesis that the issue was something on TIDAL’s end.
