Since I started this thread, I should complete the story.
My two P10’s had returned from Hong Kong dealer, Radar Audio, fully repaired, free of charge. This is done with a little help from PS Audio.
The customer service of PS Audio should be praised. Thank you so much.

BTW, I’ve had my two P10 for 8-9 months powering both my stereo and home theater systems and have never had any issues with either. Before that I owned a late generation PPP that was trouble free. However, I did have issues with my old P600 which originally did not have a soft start for my tubed amp and would shut down and have to be sent off to PS Audio for service under warrantee. The second time, PS Audio installed a soft start for me free of charge. A great company for service with a great staff and CEO who I’ve had the pleasure of personally meeting.
