Remote replacement

I have made several email inquiries to PS Audio regarding replacing a remote controller for my DS that is no longer working and have received no response. This is quite disappointing, but not as disappointing as having a nonfunctioning remote. Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can get some kind of response?

Just give them a call, always the most efficient method.

I submitted 2 service requests several weeks ago, no response to either. Tuesday evening I sent an email to sales@ psaudio.
