I have two Stealth Dream 2020 (one 15amp 1.2M and one 20amp 1.5M) and one The Grande 1.2m power cord (15 amp) that I plan to sell to fund upgrades to Zenwave PSR-11 power cables. I already have two PSR-11 PCs and want to complete the power loom. Until I experienced the Zenwave PSR-11 PCs, the The Grande was the best I had heard in my system followed by the Dream 2020, both besting the Shunyata Omega (non X), Snake River Takshaka, AQ Dragon high current, Transparent XL, and Revelation Audio Labs PC. Dave Cahoon’s (owner of Zenwave) demo program is pretty solid. He will ship demo’s and paid return labels free of charge. His Kumihimo XLR cable is also the best I’ve heard including comparison to the brands previously mentioned. I have been encouraged to demo the Jorma and Siltech Triple Crown PCs/ICs/SCs, but at 5x to 10x or more the cost of the Zenwave cables, both priced beyond my ability to rationalize spending that much…and no plans to demo. Very interesting! I have Stealth The Grande, CGLE, 2020, AQDragon HC, and ZenWave PSR-11 in my system now. I also think ZenWave is way up there in terms of performance. However, I couldn’t compare PSR-11 to The Grande directly since the connectors are different (C19 vs C15). But I like it more than Dream 2020 for sure. Thanks for the information since you’re the first one to have almost all of my PCs​😁 Just arrived to my daughter home near Pleasantville NY from JFK a few hours ago, and the Uber charge was over $200 🤕 Next time I should just rent a car, but I don’t like to drive in NY either​🤷‍♂️ ---

I recently upgraded my speakers and DAC and have a Gryphon Antileon Revelation on the way, so while I really like the KS Realization cords I currently favor, all the Stealth gushing from y’all fanboys did eat away at me… so, I finally caved (after a nudge from @aangen) and picked up a used Dream 20-20 to try on my current Essence amp. Ok, I get it now. It’s pretty damn good. Definitely a hair lighter than the KS which leans slightly warm and bassy, but not at all lean/bright, and with that “crystalline transparency” I was feeling the need for with the new speakers. In particular, the stage depth and resonance/decay of instruments is remarkable. TBD if I will start to miss the heft of the KS after a while, but FWIW I went to a piano trio concert last night and overall the sound does strike me as more realistic with the Stealth. The cord isn’t nearly as heavy as I was expecting but it’s certainly ridiculous in girth and stiffness. I will try it on the PZ in the source rack too, but might be impractical to use on the source gear due to the massive bend radius. I will probably stick with KS for that, but likely need to move up to the Ovation to compete with the level of resolution the Stealth delivers. I imagine Cloude Grande or whatever will give even better performance there. So, yeah yeah… “told you so” yada yada 🙂 ---

Ok, 20-20 sounds good on the PZ in the source rack too… guess I will have to get some more… P.S. What is up with their website being busted on every single product page though? Someone throw Claude at it already! ---

Currently have (2) The Grande 20amp cords on my Rowland 925 amps. Also just installed SR Holographic Fuses in the amp power supplies. I only have one 20A Stealth 20-20 and one 20A KS Realization, so I have to swap them between my Essence amp and PowerZone. 20-20 on PS and KS on Essence is definitely the winning combo - the other way around lost a bunch of energy and “magic” and was a bit thinner totally. With a control cable (Furutech) on the PZ I also found the 20-20 good on the amp, but not as clearly superior to the KS. Makes sense putting it on the PZ would literally multiply its benefit, and it’s consistent with what y’all have said about it being a no brainer with PZ. 👌 Happy to leave this as is for now, but I also have an email out to Dave @ Zenwave… ---

After a few weeks of switching power cords at PZ and D333, the current arrangement produces the best SQ from my system. Zenwave PSR-11 at PZ and Stealth Dream 2020 at Gryphon D333 sound clearly better than the other way around (during long-term listening while I switched back once to compare). It is possible getting another ZW PSR-11 to replace Dream 2020 will sound even better, but I am not sure if the SQ improvement is worth it. Also, I will take a beating on reselling Dream 2020 for sure. I have other priority going on at home (remodel) that will take my mind out of audio soon. ---

I talked to Dave, and he told me that his customers said PSR is way better than AQ Dragon, and it is at the same league as Siltech Triple-Crown PC. Well, I do not know about Triple-Crown, but I can attest it is better than Dragon HC easily! So, I started with PSR, but I have heard great things about their PCR too. But I must say I wish the finishing is as nice as Stealth, but that will probably add up the cost a lot. ---

Well, I like PSR better than Dream 2020 for power components. However, I am not sure if Stealth CG line is better than PSR-11 or not. But ZenWave for the price is hard to beat (still not cheap!). Okay, I suspect Stealth The Grande could be better than PSR-11, or vise versa. More likely they are at the same league but sound different (PSR is pure OCC silver and The Grande has mix of top-grade metals). Although I own both but the heads are different. Years ago I tried ZW PSR-14 which is designed for sources, and I ended up liked PSR-11 anyway. So, if you are thinking of getting one for source, get the 11. ---

It depends on which line you compare. The Zenwave PSR11 is $4500. The dream 2020 was slightly less when I purchased. ---

I have both and it is more component dependent. The Stealth cable stiffness is pita to position compared to the Zenwave cables to no significant sonic benefit imo. The tuning collar is the key differentiator on the stealth. ---

A while ago I preferred collar to be a few inches away from the component side, but now I like them better one foot away. However I have not made any adjustment for sometime (not since I got PMG gear earlier this year). So, you raised a good point since I have not made any ring adjustment when I put Dream 2020 to Gryphon D333 a few weeks ago either. Alright, I got something to tweak now, fun!
