Will the Stellar Gold Preamp bypass both the left and right channels along with 2 subwoofers?

Just spoke to Scott and he confirms that the 2 xlr outputs on the Stellar Gold will play my 2 subwoofers and left and right speakers in HT bypass mode. Guess I am getting a Stellar Gold preamp for HT bypass
