UK customer here. I’ve had the SPP3 since just before Christmas, and today I’ve noticed that my two connected devices (a Devialet amp and Denon AVR) still have full power when the Power Plant has been placed in idle.

Does that mean the relays have failed somehow? I’m pretty sure it used to kill all output power until now. (Hence I always made sure to put the attached devices into Standby first)

So it would seem like I have a unique issue.
Very disappointed that PS Audio haven’t responded to my email to the Sales Dept. about this for a week. Going to have to contact my local supplier (FutureShop) about it.
