Trijntje Oosterhuis Featuring The Clayton-Hamilton Jazz Orchestra “Sundays In New York” Blue Note cd
Part of the reissue series from HatHut/HatArt/ezz-thetics producer Werner X. Uehlinger. A sonic improvement over the Revenant Holy Ghost Box, which I wouldn’t give up, but clearly limited by the source tapes as recording engineer Michael Brandli attempts to coax more nuance and detail from them.
