Enticing the @LpHuntress with a photo of boxes of LPs? 
Terry, I have searched through a ton of black vinyl, but I cannot for the life of me find any K.W. LPs for the Huntress.! I do remember holding one his LPs - but this was a good while ago, I think it must have been snaffled up when I sold off a few thousand LPs a couple of years ago to a father and son. Sold another couple of thousand LPs to a record shop in Edinburgh! One good thing, I’ve had a big clear-out and jettisoned boxes and boxes of worthless vinyl; K-tel, Nice-Price,Woolworths label, etc, etc. Just dross…inner-groove distortion starts on the first track because there’s waaay too many tracks per album side.
Yes - I know the LpHuntress is obsessed with tracking down LPs, that said, there was no-way I was sending boxes of crap albums (some of them urine soaked by vermin), off to America. AND, the customs charges in the UK are bloody ‘aggressive’ to say the least… Stick to buying LPs in the US.
Tis fine, Dirk. I totally understand!!! Tmcqueen ended up buying me a new KW from VMP, and then my back order came through and I couldn’t turn it down so I bought another copy. So, I have a sealed KW, plus a player copy!!! I had to order another shelving unit for my house. Between Tmqueen and myself we have about 10 boxes of unplayed albums to still listen to. We probably have between 500 - 800 LP’s just sitting… waiting to be listened to. And most of those are at his house… needing to be moved to his new house. So, we have a plethora of new music (or new to us) that we need to spin!! Thanks for looking for me!
