Listening again to Sidney Bechet “Volume 2: 1943-1946” on Neatwork, alternates including a few Ellington tunes.
Not only does this disc provide a few alternates that I did not otherwise have, it also plays great as a compilation of his wonderful work over those years for a number of labels.
