The last album by Jobim. Masterful, recorded differently than previous ones. Sounds loud, but sounds fantastic. The P10 is really making my system sing!

I remember forty years ago thinking this was one of the coolest covers ever. Itās still one of my favorites, love seeing Milesā then wife, Frances Taylor. A beauty.
Mono Platinum SHM-CD version. I love and depend on the flexibility of my audio system, Iām very fortunate that the tonal flexibility is there. Due to the fact that I do not have the speakers out into the room unless itās a dedicated listening session, my system sounds a little bit different every day due to speaker placement (and experimentation thereof at times). These Platinum SHM-CDs are really nice for dialing in the sound of mono recordings and thus left/right stereo separation. You can crank them and they just sound louder, they donāt sound harsher or thinner or edgier.

Back to this one. Very dense production that takes a bit of adjusting to but man the arrangements and performances on this one . . . . I really enjoy them.
