Yes, curious, but I can guarantee you that they are a Taiwanese company that keeps up with the times.
Consider that the Amazons I bought replaced my AQ Earth.
This is to tell you that every one of their cables, at least in my system, was fantastic.
For any information you can contact them via email, they usually respond quickly.

If an audio product was supposed to be delivered yesterday (Monday), and then gets rescheduled for Wednesday, then rescheduled again for Tuesday (today), is it considered to be arriving early?

For a guy who doesn’t care much about streaming, only a tool for researching LPs to buy, I spent $279. on an LHY LPS kit for my Bluesound Node (see the Vinshine website). It replaces the switcherooney ps for one that is linear.
A 15 minute modification that returned a $562. improvement.
Just a little tip.

Well, my A8 arrived today. Am not getting any sound when playing dsd files from usb flash drives. Have tried 2 different drives and both dsd256 and dsd64.
I then found some flac files on one of those flash drives, and there is sound, and the sound does sound nice, but not able to play dsd yet, ugh…
Edit: tried a portable hard drive, and same thing. Files other than dsd play, but dsd files won’t play with sound, even though the dsd song selection shows up and the file appears as if it is playing.

is software involved or does A8 play files directly?

The player app included internally with the A8. The A8 recognizes the music files, the artist’s album artwork and song title appear, time advances on the tracks as if it is playing, but no movement on the VU meters and no sound from dsd256 or dsd64.
