Have attended more than 300 operas and about as many orchestral & chamber music concerts over the past 45 years. The realistic sound of acoustic instruments, in an unamplified acoustic space is what I’m listening for in home audio equipment. Current system: BHK300’s, Audio Research LS28 preamp, Focal Sopra No. 2 loudspeakers, come as close as I’ve gotten over those many years. SACD’s my hi-rez listening preference. No streaming in system yet.
