HI, I have been an Audiophile for well over 30 years. My gear is a Pass X250 amp, BAT VK51se tube preamp, Luxman DA-06 DAC, Pro-Ject Classic Evo TT, Gold Note PH-10 Phono preamp with a Nagaoka MP-200 cartridge, soon to be upgraded to a Shelter 501 MKIII MC cartridge, Magnepan 1.6 speakers with dual Martin Logan subs. Music server is a custom built computer that I built using Audirvana, HQ player and Bug Head as my music players. Cables are Belden 8402 XLR’s and RCA’s. USB cable is a WW Starlight Platinum 7. I also use a internal JCat usb card that is powered externally with a Teradak LPS which made a huge improvement in clarity.
I have 9TB’s of music stored on multiple internal hard drives and backed up.
Musical tastes are varied and include Classic RR, Jazz, Vocal music, some Classical and Country, New Age and more. I also have about 100 LP’s many are premium recordings and remasters on 180gm vinyl that sound superb and in some cases, better than digital.
