I have been an audiophile for over 40 years, but for a long time I was detached from this hobby because life got in the way. But since my retirement in late 2018, I had all the time I needed to reignite my desire to enjoy great music again. What came next was total dedication to bringing my system to the next level.

Not only have I been doing major component upgrades, but I have also been doing major tweaking and upgrading cabling as well.  After four to five years of continuous replacing everything, I have finally reached a point where my system can give me total satisfaction whenever it is turned on.

My current system is digital based, and I stream 90% of the time. My system consists of PSA FR30 speakers, PSA PST and DS MK2 for playing discs, Grimm MU2 for streaming, and a Gryphon Diablo 333 integrated amp. To improve the streaming chain further, I use a LHY SW-10 Pro switch, a Muon Pro System, and a Shunyata Omega ethernet cable. They helped to isolate digital noise further to the point that my streaming sound quality is as good as playing discs. Everything feeds into a Gryphon PowerZone conditioner. Cables include Stealth, AQ Dragon, ZenWave PSR, Snake River Audio Takshaka, and others.
