Tom Gibbs is an Atlanta-based audiophile and audio journalist, having worked for Audiophile Audition since 2002 (sporadically since 2013), and as a reviewer and regular contributor to Positive Feedback Online since 2003. His new audio-related capacity in 2020 is as a contributing editor with Stereophile Magazine. Despite a lifelong love of music, he didn’t consider himself an audiophile until he bought his first pair of Magneplanars in 1982 (he’s owned five pairs since!). In his day job, he’s a computer graphics technician with publishing giant RR Donnelley.
