That looks effective. I am envious of the large room!
Black Boxes AND a Tower of Excess! Fun!
I wonder what that top box on the left, with a card that says Art does. I can’t see good results for a search of “art”.

What does this pictured device do?
I’ll find out this morning.
Designed by Art Vandolay.
Ron gives me a Microsoft answer. Technically correct, but avoids answering the question.
VAC Statement Line Preamplifier
Chris for the win! Yep. I looked at my much higher res original and that’s what it is.
I’ll do more pics and impressions when I get home. Too annoying to do from an iPhone.
Beautiful system! I’m sweating already. $5k tube replacement every two years. Maybe more if NOS included.![]()

If I were to ever get tube gear again, VAC would be among the top two or three I’d consider.
VAC amps are great. My friend had a pair of monoblocks 20 plus years ago. I never visited him in hot summer

Just a bit of a classic to bring some smiles to some. It was the first thing I saw on Friday.
Whoops! I already posted this! ![]()
Borresen room with their new sub. It sounded like… Borresen speakers with subs. You either like their sound, or not.
The Estelons. The right speaker’s woofers actually bottomed out
twice on Francine Thirteen’s Queen Mary. I think the volume was just way too high. Surprising as the room was being managed by a well known distributor.
