BHK Pre-amp - Pop sound when mute/unmute/change input select

Hi!

A new user with the BHK pre-amp, nice sounding gear (so as the BHK 250 / Directstream DAC Mk2 and Airlens… I am a big fans) … however, every time when I try to select a different input source or mute / unmute, there is a pop sound which a bit annoying… is this normal?

With mine no pops when changing the input and a click when (un)muting. That click sounds like mechanical switching. Not a big deal, but I would have preferred pure silence.

Don’t you have clicks when changing volume at 24 and 53?

My preamp behaves the same way that @Job_Jalink ’s does. I have never had noises when switching inputs.
