Mine took about 6 weeks but had to come from the UK at the height of Covid19. It cost me about $180aud.
Make sure you also get the ps audio earth kit.
I installed it last night and the hum is completely gone.

Thanks for the reply. If you had to wait six weeks, perhaps my situation is more typical than I was thinking. I started with the PSA (free) ground lugs but they did not eliminate the hum in the RELs. Others indicated success with the $100 USD REL resistor network so I’m looking to go down that path.
They should be ashamed of themselves charging that rate for such a simple and easy to make resistor network.
I contacted Rel about a pair of Subwoofers with my BHK mono blocks, they told me about the hum problem between the two components and I would have to buy the fix for it. I promptly told them I wouldn’t buy anything after spending a couple of grand for their product and cancelled the order.
I have a stereo pair of REL T/7is with BHK 300s. The hum thing is real but I think a nature of the “married” beast. The hi-level input combined with the way BHKs lift ground when in “stand-by” makes the hum. I’m sure they don’t sell many of the kits and have to manage the low volume. The price seemed okay to me. I solved the hum problem by switching my P20 (I would be fine switching the subs for every listening session too). Obviously, an option not everyone has.
The ground disparity causing the hum is not the issue. It’s charging customers $100 or more for 50c in parts; for this they should be ashamed. PS Audio doesn’t do anything like this as we all know they are very generous with parts and tubes.
I disagree with this view.
They provide the instructions for DIY. Otherwise they have to pull an engineer from the line to sit down, read the order, pick the parts, assemble the piece, pack it and ship.
Can they streamline this? Perhaps, but I doubt the volume they get warrants it. There are companies that charge $100 for wooden blocks. Should they give those for free because the wood is cheap and it seems like a simple thing to make?
To P20 owners, for only $50, I will tell you how to completely eliminate the hum in RELs. Rotate the P20 32 degrees clockwise. If hum persists, for another $50, I will provide another solution.

that’s just bassically bad PR…
it would probably cost more to mail it than it might cost them for the parts (that should/might have been included in the 1st place)…
when i lacked a back plate to cover the opening left when i removed my Bridge2…guess how much PSA charged me?

Since I bought a set, I can share my rationale–I didn’t have the equipment or patience to DIY. And perhaps I was a tad bit lazy.
It probably would have cost me a total of $75 for the soldering iron, crimp tool, heat gun, wires, resistors, connectors, heat shrink tubing and a half day researching the best of each of those parts to purchase.
Makes perfect sense. My apologies for forgetting not everyone has these parts on hand.
Because it is a pain in the @$$ for most normal human beings. I was happy to pay for a solution to a unique problem caused by the interaction of two products from different companies. I was originally frustrated that the problem even existed but then realized that was the nature of this hobby sometimes.
