In my experience power aberrations (the technical term for ‘dirty’ power) are localized and time sensitive. Have had good systems in 3 houses (2 new, one a 50 year old electrical ‘rats nest’) in different cities and never had significant power related issues, but have heard it (grunge) in an older light industrial neighbor that cleared after 11PM when nearby factories shut down for the night.
Power issues can related the grid that’s serving you (some substations are newer and/or in better condition), local big users, and age/condition of domestic equipment in your home.
That’s why there’s such a range of opinions regarding power ‘fixers’.
