Same here in SW Michigan. I believe it comes off the spool twisted like that probably so it stays together in the free air spans.

Yeah I think that is pretty standard for triplex wiring.

That’s the point really. Having the line&neutral twisted also for the internal dedicated line in the room is what I want too. Least interference and least radiation too, and least common mode too with running a parallel ground.
(It would run fairly close to other lines so I really want the electromagnetic benefit described)

For the feed from meter to house, it would be what’s available for 25sqmm aluminium, not customizable really.

Depending on local codes you could always buy individual wires and twist the wires however you wanted and then pull them thru conduit.

Twisting solid 9 gauge conductors by hand and then having to route them without the orange slippery outer sleeve through walls and wall headers could be a challenge. I had tough enough time with 10 gauge Romex times four as a DIY.

This is apparently an example of a legitimately high-end breaker.
