Goodmorning y’all, hope you’re doing great.

I’m in de process of playlist maintenance. I found out that some entries in my playlists weren’t accessible anymore. It looks like Qobuz adds new stuff a.s.a.p. and later replaces that with a (more) permanent version, either higher resolution or from single to album. In rare occasions (4:3000) it looks like the artist or management wanted to have it removed completely. If you export the playlist with Soundiiz to XML you’ll notice that the Qobuz ID number of the removed track is different than the new one, while the IRSC code mostly is the same. The IRSC code can also differ though but that’s sorta logical while the track can have multiple versions of the recording i.e. single/album/remasterd and/or low/high res.

Well, it was good talking to ya, see y’all later…

And thanks for your effort too. I simply don’t have time to go thru the motions of curating a good sounding list like you guys do but it is a good way to also find some new to me music that also sounds really good on playback…

Got my ticket money back from KLM. That means definitely no traveling to Texas this year. I wish y’all lots of luck in the difficult times ahead. I hope it all looks the same this time next year. In the mean time here’s another one of my mixed tapes: https://open.qobuz.com/playlist/3659592

Thanks for the effort @ronaldwanders. Numbers are going up here again too. If they keep going I imagine we will all be home for another staycation.

My 8th audiophile playlist. It’s come to my attention that I had three or four repeats in lists 1-7, so I made an effort to avoid that this time. Hope you like it.

So I went back to the top of this thread to sample some of the early playlists (thank you all for offering them to us!), and when I open them in the Qobuz app I find that many of the tunes in these older playlists are greed out and marked as Not Available. Does Qobuz drop tracks or albums from their service for some reason?

Here’s my 9th edition of Craig’s Ear Candy:

Could be caused by different copyright regimes and/or more recent re-indexing, had some greed out too but found these again after a new search.
