Is DSJnr an NAA compliant player?

The Melco and DS both have their own IP. The router recognizes the Melco and DS (connected via the dedicated Melco player port). Although it’s possible to assign both with a static IP address i prefer to use dynamic with the router assigning IP’s for both.

Have to correct my statement “ like the Melco -acting as DHCP server- they need to deliver the IP-address to the DS/Bridge (set to dynamic IP)”. This is only in case using the Melco in ‘direct mode’ (which allows to connect to DS to the Melco without internet/router). This is not necessary with the DS connected to internet via the Melco (or other audioserver), assigning IP addresses for both by the router.
Sorry for the confusion.

The Bridge II is not a NAA device and will not work with HQPlayer… There’s no indication PS Audio is interested in adding NAA capability to the Bridge II…
