I’ll bet a phone call to him would be pretty informative about processes, fees, etc.
I’ve met JR and spoken to him many times. He’s a very nice, forthcoming guy who is quite passionate about what he does. I have no qualms about sending him my cartridge.
I’m looking for first hand experiences with the actual services. Was the outcome worthwhile, etc?
