Qobuz. CD. Playing catch-up to @anconkla yet again. Hoffler was a very minor composer, and to me the pieces on this album sound very much like Marais (which is a good thing). Plenty of good, rich bass viol tones. The sound quality was quite good and there was some 3D presence. An enjoyable album.

New on Qobuz. HR. Krebs was apparently a student of Bach’s, and composed in a mixture of Baroque, Galant, and Classical styles. The album seems to be pleasant, if you like harpsichord, but unexceptional.
