Yes this is new copy (or new old stock) from acoustic sounds; We (wife and I and kids) all love studio Ghibli’s movies and their sound tracks;

I recently picked up this one on Deutsche Gramophon which is well worth it, all the big Ghibli theme tunes with a live orchestra
