I just finished making a permanent resting place for my dear Fiona the miniature dachshund near one of her favorite spots in the back yard. She stopped eating and drinking two days ago, and we made an appointment with the vet’s for a probable termination for 11:00 a.m. and true to her self-determined nature she decided to pass away peacefully in her dog bed at 9:30 a.m. She was a BIG part of my life, I’m really going to miss her, but we gave her a full life and she did not seem in pain, just drifted away. She was such a character! I miss her already.
I’m playing this disc. . . she always settled down and took a nice snooze whenever I would. And it’s comfort music for me.
