I believe that is a streamer or a preamp. All there gear has the same style.

A disappointment indeed, Geoff Poorâs demo as explained to me when I purchased the SabrinaX was to be Maggie 2.7X, Luxman 509Z, and MPD-8. None of it made it to his room due to logistical issues. When I pushed him on why he became a bit agitated, so something behind the scene went awry. Unfortunate, as he was truly excited to demo the combo at Axpona.
Interesting, maybe Playback Designâs distribution/ dealerships are under ârevisionâ with Andreasâ visit to the States.

I do know that everything they make is presold and the wait list is (or recently was) 3 months or more.

The Playback Designs DAC is, I heard, eight months back ordered. Such conditions negate the need to market I suppose.

While at the show I negotiated with the Synergistic guys an âI stole itâ price for a 6.3A Pink (which will be shipped to me). Iâll give it a try in my P20. If I donât like it Iâll sell it.

I donât think they advertise much anyway. At least I havenât seen any in the usual places. I got my recommendation strictly by a suggestion and waited 3 moths for it to get there then 10 more months before I could set it up.
No regrets though. Itâs a piece that you set and forget.

A most recent change, replacing my Audible Illusions Modulus 3A with John Curl Phono Stage and the conrad-johnson Premier 11a amplifier. A second step in my consolidation and down sizing effort.
The Vitus RI-101A MkII integrated amplifier. @badbeef had a bit of influence on my final decision. Ultimately it came down to Vitus RI-101 MkII, Gryphon Diablo 300, Grandinote Solo, Accuphase E-800, Pass Labs INT-60 integrated amplifiers. I believe the Vitus is best suited to my recently added Wilson Audio SabrinaX for the presentation I prefer.
