Yes, I’ve had them under my turntable since last year. Had IsoPods under the turntable before that.
F U=Follow Up.
I’m using a set of Avua’s under my Isoacoustic ZaZen that the Rega RP10 turntable sits on. They seem to do a nice job.
Being a dCS fan, this announcement has me rethinking the direction for my office rig. I was thinking integrated with an external DAC. Now I am considering this and an amp (which I have several stored away).
Considering the graphics, I am not certain what *grade I’d give it.
Disregard the graphics Audio performance grade is A+
You could take a picture with the entire interface, zoomed in.
(But DCS Vince would dislike it more)
So I took a little bit of the profit from what I bought when the market was taking it’s hissy fit and I ordered some new Pass X260.8 monoblocks. After all, I have an extra power cable so what to do? Now I wait six weeks for them to get here. Ugh.
Congrats!
The waiting is the hardest part

Yesterday was a good day
I can only imagine that you will enjoy them immensely.
My little XA-25 keeps chugging along. A special piece with the right speakers.
So strange that my Sabrina Xs loved the XA25, but the Watt Puppy 50th don’t.
Right now it’s powering my friend’s Sasha DAWs and he’s in heaven.
Getting a new carbon fiber arm wand for my Tru-Glider tone arm. I am told that it sounds great, we shall see.
Congrats Ron. You should be very happy with them.
Never connected the XA-25 to my Sabrina X’s, too much hassle moving the amp, pre amps etc from Wisconsin. The Pure Audio Project speakers do like the XA-25. They are an easy load and rather efficient at 97 dB.
This hobby of ours is all about synergy, and all the effort on our part is in finding the “magic”.
I recently had the chance to audition the Moon 761 amplifier, and while it’s certainly a well-built and capable piece of gear, I wasn’t fully convinced by its performance in my system. The experience made me appreciate just how refined and musical my current Pass Labs XA60.8 monoblocks truly are. Sometimes it takes a direct comparison to realize how good you already have it.
That said, I’ve decided instead to upgrade the PSAudio AC-5 power cords on the Pass Labs amps, replacing them with AudioQuest HC cords.
I’m a firm believer in the sonic benefits of cable quality. And my system is all Pass Labs; I’ve had many Pass amps.
I have found that his amps are consistently least affected by power cables than any other component.
But let them have the good stuff. To show them you are pals.
So what should I say about AQ?
