Maestro now “closes” to the system tray in Windows.
True, but even quitting from the system tray still leaves the service and cloudflared in the background
Paul, FYI i have updated to 303 and 2 of the 4 albums are gone now but the remaining 2 are still in the updating scan loop. Still can not remove them while updating.
My Maestro subscription stopped at the middle of my vacation. It was scanning files non-stop before I left, and it will probably be still scanning after we come back. I plan to go back to Roon for the time being and wait for the iPad version before jumping back into Maestro. There are too many bugs still.
I did an update a few days ago and after the update not only was Maestro broken but I could no longer lift my right hand. I used voice to construct a nasty message in this thread complaining about how much I have suffered.
Then I remembered that I didn’t reboot the computer after the update.
I rebooted the computer and Maestro worked perfectly. My right arm was all better.
I quickly edited my nasty message and I hope nobody saw it.
Lesson: ALWAYS reboot after an update.
I have known this all along and it’s on me for not doing it.

Well, I left over a week ago before I shutdown the system so whatever version was 10 days ago was what I had.
But I forgot to shutdown my computer so my left arm is still sore, or it could be from the gym work in the hotel.
The first time I tried Ella playlist and I got the following error message

Maestro no longer discovers EverSolo T8 Streamer
Updated to latest EverSolo Firmware. Checked permissions on My Silicone MacMini. Works fine on Roon and Qobuz Connect.

Hi Paul, I uploaded Maestro again this morning and it auto scanned my albums. They play but stop and skips a song here and there and still stops and starts or just stops all together. Good news is the continuous scan has stopped.

Paul here is a scenario for you, I have the PMG dac and preamp and one foundry sub, Mark Levinson 334 amp and Bowers and Wilkins 803D2 speakers. Would you go with a 2nd foundry sub and wait for the Active speakers to come out or upgrade to a S200 or S400 amp?
