Ripper: Mandrake. Mandrake, have you never wondered why I drink only distilled water,
or rainwater, and only pure-grain alcohol?
Have you ever heard of a thing called fluoridation. Fluoridation of water?
Do you realize that fluoridation is the most monstrously conceived and dangerous Communist plot we have ever had to face?..

Poor fractured Atlas
Threw himself across the mattress
Waving his withering pencil
as if it were a pirate’s cutlass
I’m almost certain
he’s trying to increase his burden

You can find your piece of mind with just a fishin’ pole

“I was laying on my belly in the middle of the living floor
I was watching Howdy Doody so I’m guessing it was right around four
When I saw my baby brother tumbling from the top of the stairs
He was lying limp and silent and the blood was trickling through his shiny
Hair”

Pretty dark, I know but what a lyricist and songwriter. We saw her live at a local venue about 18 months ago and I have even more respect for her art. Simply mind blowing live.
