Removing the top is actually very easy; either use all-threads or get a suction cup handle. Do not try to fight the top, do it one of these ways and you will be set in just a few minutes.

I don’t have four long bolts,so,the cup would be useful…it is going easy with the cup,as it is little pull neccessary?

Any hardware store will have all-threads, the linked thread has the correct thread. They are inexpensive. Yes, the lid takes a little pull to take off with a suction handle thingee.
