14 s is when using the Bridge II 
The PS Audio memory player, manages to play only DSD128 through a USB memory stick in the front panel (with I2S connection to the DAC) but not DSD256 files.

Is DMP capable of playing DSD 256?
I don’t believe so. If I remember right, before Sunlight came out, both the DSD and DMP were limited to the same DSD128.
This explains it @juacif. DMP allows you to enjoy DSD 128. The onus is on the DMP. DS DAC is innocent
