Those subs never struggle to fill the room with bass. They are the ported version (PB-16 Ultra). These subs can be run either ported or I can plug the holes and run them as if they were sealed boxes.
When deciding what to get, I wasn’t sure if things would sound better ported or sealed, so I picked up the ported knowing that I could run them sealed and then I experimented. Turns out I like them sealed.
