Wondering if the crossover used for the FR 10 is same as FR20 and same as FR30 or if they differ…. am debating between FR20s and FR10s - I currently run a BHK250 and soon a new PMG DAC (have a pair of Rel S510s which will pair with the new speakers and and will sell my Dynaudio Confidence 20s → find them lacking punch and just unerwhelming with more compex passages and symponies etc).
If you can swing it, go for the FR20’s. Just might be the last speakers you’ll ever want/need.
thanks probably the exact advice i need to heed… might mean a longer delay in upgrade, but likely worth the wait. ..
Yep as Chris suggested, I’m doing high-pass for the FR5 with 2 subwoofers.
