Actually i did try iso regen but quite frankly didnt get any benefits and returned it.
I am using a dedicated circuit if that matters…probably not

I have gotten that same “complete sentence” pop up as well as the 10 character minimum mandate. I imagine those are settings in your admin control panel?
Llamas and alpacas were sources of meat and wool for the Inca, and continue to be consumed.
There are a variety of settings, some obvious such as character requirements; others, indirect such as minimum body entropy. A good number interact as well so one need be thoughtful.
The settings are pretty loose at the moment and, as long as we do not have any problems/abuses, this is how we will roll.

I always find myself looking for, and finding, improved sound. But I do agree: the DirectStream DAC was my stopping point for a digital front end. … .Probably my “I’m done” as a source for a long time.

Congrats Tony! You’re one lucky audiophile. Every time I’ve told myself over the past 30+ years of being infected by the high end audio bug that I’m done, audiophile nervosa hits and my bank account takes another hit too. I’ll try as well to stay away from demos and audio clubs, if for no other reason than to preserve my discretionary income.

Sometimes it is beneficial to have limited imagination; it is cheaper. 
When I first read your headline about being “done”, I though perhaps you’d gone deaf, as how else could one be truly done other than no longer being able to hear 
?
It absolutely gets better than Roon over the Bridge though… but “better” is an endless trip up the beanstalk…

It was only a presentation from a record store owner…no demoes…it was all the vinyl guys…I tried to bring up DSD audio but the main guy and everyone else were of the opinion that the best digital available was 192K…When I spoke of dac they couldn’t get off the “Every CD Player has a DAC”

Well they are just strickly vinyl guys and never considered digital…they think 192k is the best digital could be so no need to discuss digital…they just know so little about it that talking to them about it would be a waste of time
