JBL and PS AUDIO AMP

Hi all!
In a few days I will receive a new speakers JBL 4429 .
I have a MC275 amp, but as I understand it, these speakers make the best of itself with more power amplifiers.
On the other hand, I miss the virtues of a SS amp.
So… How about BHK 250 and JBL? Would it be a good combo?

how did it go?
I got their larger brothers 4365 second hand and I run them with a Linn 2250 power amp with excellent results
