Great! Thank you. Is the app only for iPhone, not android?
Pictures of the back panel would be cool to see.
Sorry for the confusion. The app is for both iOS and android. The iOS app may publish first. We are in the midst of getting everything up on the app store and google play store.
Nice!
Satin. They really are quite beautiful and I hope the photos give you an idea of what they look like. Really kick butt performance, some of the longest peak to opeak throw in the industry, about twice that of a REL.
They are in stock and ready to go. I added this as an add on to the website so you can order now.
One satin black (I know Paul but that is all I really have room for, unless I get rid of….) order confirmed 3:34 PM 1/23/2026. Though listed as an add on, site at that time would not add wireless, will take care of that next week.
@Chris_Brunhaver Thanks for the panel image.
I was mostly and oddly curious about the PMG connections.
Hope this is clear. It’s just a 4 pin XLR connector that has speaker level and 12V trigger on one cable and you run the cable from each amplifier.
Maybe with item 9 designed for PS Audio mono blocks, I won’t need the wireless. How long is the provided cable?
Well, this connector isn’t on the current BHK amps but will be on the future PMG Amps.
I haven’t heard any discussion about including a cable with the new amps. We didn’t include a cable with the subwoofer other than an XLR cable to daisy chain the subs in the stacking kit.
Here is an example cable - https://www.performanceaudio.com/products/custom-cables-4-pin-xlr-xlr-cable-made-from-mogami-2534-neutrik-connectors
The wireless kit is more if you want to place the subwoofers away from speaker/amps/preamp or don’t want visible cabling. It gives the ultimate freedom in placement and putting the subwoofer where it works best (and power is available).
By the way, notice how much faith I put in your skills? Might not need wireless, will wait to scope out placement. Will the unorthodox high level wiring advocated for RELs work?
Jim Whitesell
I appreciate the faith and jumping onboard as one of our first customers. Yes, we have speaker level inputs (binding posts) on the back to wire in parallel to your speaker or amp. You’re good to go.
Did you guys solve the grounding problem associated with Rel when using with true balanced amps with high level input? Paul mentioned in one of his video it’s pretty easy and wonder why Rel doesn’t do it.
Great subs, congrats on the launch. May have to try a pair and compare to my Rel No31. I would only change the grill, I like it nice and rectangular, makes for a better looking stack of 3 too, I’m sure that’s why no lifestyle photo of 3 stack with grills.
Which Rel did you guys compared to when @Paul mentioned it has 2x more travel than Rel?
I look forward to a demo of a 6pk array of the new subs at the upcoming Axpona show!
with respect, not a software fan or cellware,
newbie question, how you connect the 3 sub, together?
you use speaker terminal and jump to one another?
regards
Oui, like Chris mentioned above (post #133): with a XLR cable to daisy chain the subs in the stacking kit.
My order for a pair of these went in yesterday to match my FR-30’s.
Can the sub owner’s manual be posted on the website soon? I assume that many of the settings can be done from the back panel while awaiting the app to be available.
