Open Baffle speaker question

Update. The speakers are sending better and better. At first the singers voice or a sax solo were so much louder than the rest of the music. Much more than standing out. Now they are more where they should be. Bass is more pronounced. I added in my subwoofer. The sweet spot is large and easy to find. At least two people shoulder to shoulder would be in the sweet spot.

I switched to my 36wpc Prologue 5 amp and it really sings. Hope they will continue to improve.

Well I was just laying on the floor in front of the speakers with my eyes closed. There was a wall of sound from the Lii Song OB speakers. No localization. I was listening to a new album on Qobuz….Red Hot & Country. It’s a 2025 recording @96/24 with really good sound. I’m not a big country music fan but enjoyed it very much. I’m loving my ā€œKitā€ now and can’t see spending $9k for an improvement that wouldn’t seem like $9k worth.

Another update on these speakers. After 100 hrs. They are sounding better every time I listen to them. It’s something when you turn on music and are still impressed after listening to them for for several months. In the beginning they were terrible.
