So each mark, it is a step of 50 Ohms, for perfect adjustement

I have learn that rule of thumb is x 10, so it is 40 Ohm x 10 so 400 Ohms will be ok.

I also find the in the manual, it is written, 100 or more:

So for better tonal balance and better base, 400 seems what everyone recommended! In my old ear, it is better than 100. the truth is between 300 to 400, your call!

And gain, you choose between low and mid, your call
