Here’s a really strange question, but I can always depend on getting good audio-related responses here. I use a Mac Mini for work and personal stuff. At home I have a Mac Studio Display and it has fantastic audio - to the point I can preview stuff and know whether it will be worth my time listening to it in my listening room. So look at it this way: I can enjoy good quality music on my Mac - not to the degree I can in my audio room, but I can sure get a lot better fidelity than I could through any other computer speakers. The only problem with the Mac Studio Display is its size - 27-inch - takes up a lot of suitcase. If I purchase a “portable” monitor, I can easily pack it, Mac Mini, and keyboard in a backpack for travel. The portable monitors range in price from under $100 to you-name-it. Anyone have any recommendations on something that has good quality audio?
Headphones. Mine fit in my pocket.
For speakers, Magnaplaner makes small desktop speakers that are small and inexpensive. They might fit in a briefcase.

Headphones… in pocket… now there’s a novel idea. Seriously, yeah, I could do that, but a lot of times when I’m visiting someone, I want to play some music out in the open. Higher-end desktop speakers make a lot of sense, but I’m looking for something built-in that is better than the crappy HP laptop I have for work.
